Kamryn studies Arts Entrepreneurship at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Her passion for media arts has constructed her educational path. She has been refining her artistic eye since starting at the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2018. She graduated with her Associates Degree in Photography and Related Media this past spring. She is inspired by her family, memory, and self exploration. She has experience as a photo equipment assistant, retail associate, photographers assistant, freelance photographer, and teachers assistant. She is actively continuing to gain experience and knowledge in her field. She has a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of design, post production, photographic lighting, color theory, and extensive knowledge in photography. In her work, she formulates creative aesthetics through a trained media arts-based eye. She is influenced by Nan Goldin, LaToya Ruby Frazier, Donna Gottschalk, and Diane Arbus.
She is currently looking for Fall 2020 internships in the Twin Cities area to grow in her craft.
